We are pleased to announce the progress in commercialization and the construction of the first Frontier Estates project in Poland – Frontier Park Wrocław.

At the moment, our SBU project in Wrocław is over 50% leased, with tenants operating in the pharmaceutical, e-commerce, light production, and installation industries.

Our tenants praise the location of the warehouse park, with its great visibility from the A4 motorway, as well as the space flexibility offered at the park. Our unit sizes start at 300 m2 of warehouse space, with bigger units up to 1,000 m2. All include the possibility of conducting light production activities.

The above advantages and the current interest from potential tenants allow us to forecast the rapid leasing of the remaining vacant space before the completion of the construction process. We are aiming to hand over the premises to the first tenants of Frontier Park Wrocław towards the end of Q2 2022.
