EuropaProperty.com has just released the short-list for the 13th annual CEE Retail Awards, E-retail & Innovation. We are pleased to announce that Frontier Park Wrocław has been nominated as the best “Future Project” in the mixed used logistics and warehouse space.

At the awards gala, real estate companies, projects and individuals have been presented with awards of acknowledgement by the industry for their contribution to the development of real estate market in the region for 2020. This eagerly anticipated occasion took place live and on-line in Warsaw on March 3/4, 2021.

The CEE Awards are widely-recognized by the retail and commercial real estate industry as the market benchmark for success in Central and Eastern Europe. The members of the jury are all experienced professionals and are from every sector of the commercial real estate and retail industries in the region. The voting process is monitored by the world-renowned audit company EY. 

Frontier Park Wroclaw in Bielany Wroclawskie will be the first development by Frontier Estates in Poland and a benchmark for future schemes. Frontier Park Wroclaw will comprise approximately 8,900 sq. m of flexible warehouse and business space with exceptional glazed front façade allowing for retail showroom and office function, within up to twelve units (from 284 to 1,167 sq. m each). The building permit has been already obtained and the construction works are scheduled to be commenced in April 2021.

– The accelerated retail evolution is bolstering the demand for well-located logistics space, with logistics set to remain the bright spot within the real estate landscape. Backed by solid fundamentals and structural tailwinds such as a further increase in e-commerce and low overall vacancy rates, investor sentiment is optimistic for logistics. – Warehouses, platforms, hubs, stores… what is the best format? Which areas are the most sought-after logistics markets in the region? Frontier’s answer is Small Business Unit project in Bielany Wrocławskie. We are targeting companies which intend to integrate their warehouses with headquarters, production spaces or show-rooms.  This combination may allow a tenant to use the space effectively, reducing some significant operational costs.
